Is Orcheo live yet?
Orcheo is onboarding a small number of founding principals off the waitlist. If you're not on it yet, the waitlist page is the fastest way in — we write when your seat opens.
What should I include when I write in?
The goal you were running, what you expected the outcome to be, and anything the workforce escalated to you along the way. A goal ID or a pasted escalation message gets you a faster answer than a description from memory.
Where do security reports go?
Send anything security-related to security@orcheo.ai rather than the general inbox — it's read by the team that owns key provenance, tenant isolation, and the compliance gates.
Is there documentation beyond this site?
The docs section grows alongside the integrations themselves. Start with the Vercel integration guide if you're connecting a deploy target.
