End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Orcheo governing your use of the Orcheo software, platform, and services.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Orcheo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or lease access to the platform.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
  • You may not use the platform to develop a competing product or service.
  • You may not exceed the usage limits of your selected plan.

3. Your data and accounts

You retain ownership of any data you submit or generate. You are responsible for the accounts, credentials, and third-party services you connect to Orcheo.

4. Updates and changes

Orcheo may update the platform at any time. We may also modify this EULA. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Orcheo's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orcheo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
