These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Orcheo platform and any associated services. By using Orcheo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Orcheo provides an autonomous AI workforce that executes tasks on your behalf using accounts and services you connect. You remain responsible for the goals you set, the approvals you grant, and the accounts you connect.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any entity you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Orcheo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the platform.
• Do not use Orcheo to send spam, scrape protected data, or violate third-party terms.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your data. Orcheo processes your data solely to provide the service and will not sell it. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the platform.

5. Disclaimers

Orcheo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Autonomous agents may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, approvals, and deployed changes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orcheo's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if the service was free.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
